Refund Policy

Agent Terminal is a paid subscription product ($19/mo Pro, $59/mo All-Access). All plans include a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start.

Trial period

You may cancel during the 7-day trial at any time with no charge. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, the terms below apply.

Refund requests

If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid billing period, contact us and we will issue a full refund for that period, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated case by case.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless requested within the 30-day window.
