Refund Policy

Agent Terminal has a free Community path and optional paid plans shown on the current Pricing page. The live checkout and billing catalog control the applicable price, trial, and cancellation terms.

Trial and billing terms

If a paid plan includes a trial or introductory offer, its terms are shown at checkout. Review the current checkout details before confirming a purchase.

Refund requests

If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid billing period, contact us and we will issue a full refund for that period, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated case by case.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless requested within the 30-day window.
